Hi, I'm Becci !!
I help women achieve their goals and teach them how to maintain them. We work on shifting your thinking from "quick fixes" towards what it is you want from life, and who you want to be in the long-term.
To help women go from constantly putting everyone and everything before themselves, to a place of understanding that making time for yourself isn't selfish, it's necessary.
Health and fitness is my job, and I'm very aware of the privilege that affords me when it comes to fitting in my own workouts now. But, before 2019, I was an accountant for 14 years which gives me perspective on what it's like to navigate looking after yourself around a busy working week.
I've spent years working as an in-person PT so I understand what it's like to work with a wide variety of people in different stages of their fitness journey. It was never my plan to specialise in coaching women, but my passion for helping women and challenges they specifically encounter has led me to where I am today.
I may not be just like you, or have experienced the things that you have in life. But, my own life experience and experience coaching women, helps me to relate to your individual circumstances. I promise you there is nothing you can say that would be TMI!!
